About Me

My pastry journey began 14 years ago, when I graduated with a degree in psychology — but quickly realized that I simply couldn’t live without desserts. I started my career as a pastry chef in my hometown in Russia, turning my passion for sweets into a profession.

After years of persistence and dedication, I earned an internship at a restaurant in Provence, France — a dream come true. What was meant to be a short experience turned into two unforgettable years of living and working in the heart of French gastronomy.

Upon returning to Russia for a brief time, I didn’t slow down — I began teaching pastry masterclasses for both children and adults, sharing my love for the art of desserts.

A surprising chapter in my career came when I joined the world’s most luxurious cruise ship, part of an American company. Two intense years on board as a pastry chef — promoted mid-voyage and working without days off — became one of the toughest yet most transformative experiences of my life.

Back in Russia, I also appeared on national television in the show “Konditer” (The Pastry Chef), collaborated with renowned pastry shops and restaurants, and continued developing new projects.

The next destination was Italy, where I worked as Head Pastry Chef in several restaurants, including Michelin-starred venues and those featured in the Michelin Guide. From the sun-kissed south to the mountain peaks of Tyrol, every region inspired me with its landscapes, culture, and flavors.

Currently, I’m based on the beautiful island of Ibiza, working as Head Pastry Chef in a French patisserie — where I channel my creativity into every dessert I create.
